Strong R&D culture

Strong R&D is one of Imbera's strengths. We will significantly invest in the continuous improvement and further development of IMB technology.

Current research objectives include further improving the capabilities of IMB manufacturing technology, widening potential application areas and simplifying the subcontracting flow. We intend to lead embedding technology and therefore we work closely together with selected world class research institutes, consortiums and partners as well as material, equipment and process suppliers.

Along with the development of third IMB technology generation, new IMB technology generations are being developed. In addition to technical improvements, 3,5, fourth and bumpless generations will also have favourable impacts on process yield and lead-time.
